Complete the Association Information Qualifier Worksheet, and request your complimentary meeting with a representative of Deficit Funding;
Schedule your complimentary meeting via video or telephone conference, when contacted by your Deficit Funding representative;
Meet with a representative of Deficit Funding to discuss the information provided, and determine whether you would like to take the next step to move forward with a full evaluation;
Complete the Association Documentation Qualifier Worksheet, and provide all documents requested therein (all documentation provided will be kept confidential);
Await completion of Deficit Funding’s review, evaluation and creation of proposed customized financial strategy for your Community;
Meet with a representative of Deficit Funding for presentation, review and discussion of the recommended Confidential Strategic Financial Plan tailored specifically to your Community;
Determine if you would like to adopt all, some or none of the Confidential Strategic Financial Plan;
Advise your Deficit Funding representative of your Board’s decision, and…
